In this guide, we are going to show you how to get started with account creation, adding your devices to the dashboard and guide you through other areas and features.
Create an account
Step 1 - Go to https:/dashboard.nebra.com/register/ to sign up for a dashboard account.
You can also sign up using your Google or GitHub account by clicking on the icon at the bottom of the page.
Step 2 - Adding your device to the dashboard
Once you have logged in to the Dashboard you will need to start adding your devices. On the dashboard homepage click "+Add New Device" on the bottom left-hand side of the page.
You will see a pop-up "Add new device" that will give you two options for adding your device to the dashboard; Scan QR code and Manual input.
Scan QR code
Click Start scan, you will be requested for access to your camera if on a mobile device. Allow access and you should be able to scan the QR code that is on your Nebra hotspot.
Manual input
If you cannot scan your QR code or you have a third-party hotspot then you can add your device by manually entering the required information
You can find this information on the local diagnostic page of your hotspot or on the sticker of the device if it is a Nebra hotspot.
If your hotspot has a sticker like the SenseCap you can find the serial number as CPU ID
Step 3 - Device Registration complete
Your hotspot device will now appear in the "Devices" Menu in the Dashboard. You will be able to see its Helium animal name, Helium status, device manager status, License type and Ethernet MAC.
When you add a new device to your dashboard you will automatically start a 14-day free trial of the Premium dashboard service such as dual mining, premium support, remote start.
Premium Firmware
Upgrading your devices with our Premium Firmware will allow you to have access to a hots of features including prioritised support, multi-mining with MystNodes and ThingsIX, access to TTN and more coming soon. To upgrade your device you will need to purchase a license in the dashboard and assign it to the device you want to upgrade.

Let's take a look at the dashboard.
Rewards section
The rewards section allows you to see the rewards of all of your hotspot rewards within the last day, 14 days, and 30 days. The earnings chart shows you the earnings for each day.
Helium Status
The Helium Status tab shows you how many of your hotspots are in sync, syncing, or out of sync. While the Device Manager Status tab shows you how many of your hotspots are online or offline.
Device Details
The device details will show you the connection status, individual rewards, CPU usage, CPU temperature, memory usage, and storage usage. You can also issue a number of actions to your hotspot like reboot, restart and shutdown.
Transfer Device To Another Dashboard
You can transfer device from one dashboard to another dashboard very easily.
Go to Device List -> https://dashboard.nebra.com/devices/ and select Transfer in device property.
Next, you will get a warning message
Warning! ⚠ You are about to transfer your device to another user
Input the email address you would like to transfer your device to.
If the recipient has a Nebra Dashboard account, the device will be transferred immediately.
If the recipient does not have an account, we will send them an invitation link.
After confirming the warning message, please enter the recipient email account associted with nebra dashboard.
Transfer Done.
Remove Device From Current Dashboard
You can remove the device from your dashboard For that, Go to Device List -> https://dashboard.nebra.com/devices/ and select Remove in device property.
Go to Device List -> https://dashboard.nebra.com/devices/
Please note, Once the device is unlinked, it will be open for anyone to add the device to their own dashboard. Only do this if you plan on transferring the device to another account.
Continue by clicking Remove

For Premium members who have a subscription for the dashboard will receive live chat support with our agents using the popup chat button in the dashboard. This can be located the bottom right hand side.
