How do I know if my device has the Premium Firmware installed?

If you login to the local diagnostic page of your device. Here you can see in Firmware version and "Premium" next to it.

How long does it take for my device to have updated Premium Firmware once I assign a license to it?

Normally it will take between 1-3 hours for it to be updated however, if your device has trouble connecting to our host servers it can take up to 24 hours in some cases.

I cannot sign in to my dashboard?

If you signed up using your Gmail or GitHub account then you must login using that method by clicking on the icon. 

Why is my Hotspot already claimed?

Check that you have not added multiple accounts by mistake. There are different options to create an account. You can sign up with an email and password, or sign up using your Gmail or GitHub account. If you cannot claim your device, then please contact one of our agents who can tell you which username owns the device.

When you add a new device please ensure that the information is correct for that particular miner. You should have a sticker for the device that you can scan.

I have forgotten my username

If you have forgotten your username, you can simply reset your account using the reset password link on the login page

How can I cancel my subscription?

Currently you need to send us an email to support@nebra.com with the details of your account such as username and email address.

Alternatively you can create an account with chargify (payment service) and cancel you subscription there - https://app.chargify.com/login.html 

I have forgotted my password

On the login page you can reset your password by clicking on the Forgotten Password link where you will be required to enter your username.
