1. The Promoter

2. The Entrant

   1. Shall be known as the person entering the Giveaway (You)

   2. Entrants will be invited to enter the Giveaway by completing a survey

3. The Giveaway

   1. These terms and conditions only apply to this specific Giveaway according to sections 4,5 and 6.

   2. All entries are free of charge and must meet entry requirements in sections 4 and 6.

4. How to Enter

   1. The giveaway will be valid from 8th August 00:00 to 31st August 00:00. Those dates shall be known as the “Opening date” and “Closing date”. All times and dates are referred to times and dates in England, London/GMT.

   2. The promoter may change the dates at their discretion but only where necessary. If the dates have changed, this will be communicated via email or social media channels.

   3. Entries will be limited to one per person. If multiple entries have been made, the entry made at the earliest date will be selected for the prize draw.

   4. Entry to the Giveaway:

      1. Entries will be made only via the link provided in an email.

   5. All entries to the survey must be given in the English language where appropriate

   6. The promoter will not accept any responsibility for entries that are not completed, lost or delayed, regardless of cause, including any technical failure.

   7. By entering the Giveaway, you are entering a contract with the promoter and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Selecting a Winner

   1. All entrants who have fully completed the survey and provided the necessary contact details will be selected for the draw, and a winner will be chosen at random. The first drawn winner will be known as the 1st Place Winner and will receive the prize for 1st Place. The second entry drawn will be known as 2nd Place Winner and will receive the prize for 2nd Place. The third entry drawn will be known as 3rd Place Winner and will receive the prize for 3rd place. No more entries will be drawn after the third-place winner.

   2. The draw will occur no more than 14 days after the Closing Date (Section 3.1).

6. Eligibility 

   1. All entrants must be over the age of 18 years of age

   2. All entrants must have a valid account with the Nebra Dashboard Service

   3. Any entrants in the following category will be disqualified:

      1. Employees of Nebra

      2. Friends or family members of Nebra employees

      3. Any suppliers or business associates of the promoter

   4. The survey must be completed to an acceptable level determined by the promoter

   5. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entree if their conduct is not within the spirit of the Giveaway. Such behaviour as being rude or abusive

   6. The promoter will not accept entries that are:

      1. Computer generated

      2. Incomplete; or

      3. Completed on behalf of the entrant

7. The Prize

   1. The Prize will be offered to the winners as a result of the prize draw

   2. The Prize is described in the email communication for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners

   3. Prizes are subject to availability. The promoter reserve the right to swap any prize for equal or higher value at their discretion.

   4. The promoter makes no representation and gives no warranties about the Prize, its value or condition.

8. Winners

   1. The decision of the promoter to announce the Winner is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

   2. The Winner’s name can be used for further marketing purposes. If you wish for your name to be omitted for marketing, you can email sales@nebra.com after contacting you about being the prize winner.

9. Claiming your prize

   1. You must claim your prize personally, and it may NOT be claimed by a third party on your behalf. The winner’s email will communicate details about how the prize will be sent to you.

   2. Where the necessary further personal information may be requested to send the prize to the winner.

   3. The promoter accepts no responsibility or liability if the winner cannot accept or receive the prize.

   4. If the winner receives a prize of a physical product, it will be shipped free of charge to the winner using a courier selected by the promoter.

10. Data Protection

    1. By entering the giveaway, you agree that any personal information provided by you for the giveaway may be held and used by the promoter to administer the giveaway.

    2. If you are one of three winners, you agree that the promoter may use your name and country of residence for any marketing activity relating to the giveaway.

    3. If you do not wish for your personal information to be used by the promoter for purposes other than the giveaway, then you must notify the promoter by email before the closing date at sales@nebra.com 

    4. Please note that under the UK data protection laws, you are entitled not to be contacted by the promoter, and a request may be made to remove your data from the promoter’s database. This can also be known as a GDPR request on other countries. Such requests must be made to sales@nebra.com 

11. General

    1. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time. 

    2. The promoter reserves the right to cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

    3. If there is any reason to believe that these terms of been breached, the promoter, may, at its discretion, reserve the right to exclude the entrant from the giveaway at any time.

    4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by English Law, and the participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in England & Wales.
