This guide is intended to show you how to put on hold your subscription from the Nebra Dashboard, which offers a number of premium features and high-level support for your Helium Hotspot.
We recommend that you put on hold your subscription rather than cancel as you cannot resubscribe in the future without contacting the support team.
Step 1 - Visit https://dashboard.nebra.com/login/ and login to your Nebra dashboard account
Step 2 - Once you have logged in, click on your profile in the top right-hand corner and in the profile menu click My Account
Step 3 - In your My Account menu, click on Change to view your current subscription details.
Step 4 - On the subscription page click on Put on Hold in the plan details menu
Do not cancel the subscription if you may resubscribe in the future otherwise, you would need to contact the support team.
Step 5 - In the next page you can specifically select a date period to hold the subscription or you can hold the subscription until you manually change it in the future. Once selected, click on Put on Hold at the bottom of the page.
Step 6 - Confirm your paused subscription. On the next page, you will see that your account is on hold and confirmed.
