1. Go to the Notification Rules page
2. Select the blue + button
3. Select the Sensor type to add a notification for
4. Select the operator
5. Enter the value
6. Select the sensor(s) you would like to apply the notification rule for
7. (optional) Assign the notification to a user. This will the notification in their notifications dashboard
8. Click Add
